Preparing your order
Your order is prepared immediately subject to the disponibility of products ordered.

Delay shipping
A quick delivery in a 3 days’notice for each order placed from Monday to Friday before 10 am. Accent d'Oc uses the postal service Colissimo.

15 € for the Europe zone ( lvalidated list by paybox)

CONDITIONS OF USE

Orders
The customer will choose the products on the on-line catalogue and place his order on line by filling an order form found on the website.

Retail price
Products and services will be invoiced according to the on-line retail prices shown in the catalogue at the time of order. The retail price includes the VAT. In case of extra charge for shipping, the amount will be clearly specified on the invoice with the net total.

Delivery time
Shipping is done by postal service colissimo to the address given by the client within three open days. The sender can use another shipment in respect with the given delivery time and cost. Delivery time can vary with shipping problems, stock outage or holidays. The customer will be informed by e-mail. Open days don’t include week-end and public holidays.

Reservations The client will have to make sure of the marchandise’s good condition when delivered. In case of damages observed or assumed, the client must notify the delivery person and inform Accent d'Oc with registered letter with confirmation of receipt within 48h.

Non availability
Accent d'Oc will do its best to satisfy the customer’s order. However, Accent d'Oc will not be obliged to accept every order and will not be held responsible for late delivery, temporary or permanent stock outage of products or services.

Returns
We commit ourselves to give you total satisfaction for all of our products. According to the mail selling legislation, you can return any article within 7 days of delivery. You will be refund except for the shipping fees. However the articles must be returned in the original conditioning and in perfect condition.

Case of absolute necessity
There shall not be liability on Accent d'Oc in cases of absolute necessities such as strikes, natural catastrophes, or others, this list is not exhaustive.

Payments
All payments for products and services can be made by credit card and are secure. Accent d'Oc will remain owner of the products until they are completely paid and can ask for restitution in case of non-payment.

Data Protection Act
The customer can access his information, modify or suppress data under the terms of the data protection Act (art.34). Please contact :

Disputes
Any dispute will be arbitrated by the Commercial Court of Béziers.
