Marie’s passion for cooking and the Languedoc lead her to change her life completely by creating Accent d’Oc in 2003.
First, with her brother Frédéric, she opens a shop in Narbonne, selling delicatessen and Languedoc "art de vivre". But she doesn't find all the products she has in mind and decides to create them...
A few kilometers from Narbonne, in her Capestang workshop, she experiments and creates original recipes such as olive jam, pistou olive oil or Escalivada. Success comes right away.
