Black and white "Millefeuille"
Cut a goat cheese (pelardon or crottin) into two pieces. Spread two small slices of cereal bread with olive jam. Juxtapose the bread slices and the goat pieces. Top with a teaspoon of olive jam. Maintain with a wood pick.
Serve with a green salad, simply dressed with a draught of pistou olive jam and fig vinegar, sparkled with sesame and sunflower seeds.
